The Solution: Partnering with MaxOne Hotel, ESTEIN developed a “Smart Hotel” ecosystem that integrates IoT (Internet of Things) with enterprise CRM. This project transformed the traditional guest stay into a modern digital experience. Upon arrival, guests can interact with digital kiosks, while their preferences are instantly synced with the hotel’s management system to provide personalized room settings and services.

Behind the scenes, the system connects the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams through a unified mobile dashboard. When a guest makes a request via the app, the task is automatically assigned to the nearest available staff member, with real-time tracking for management. This level of automation reduces operational overhead and ensures that every guest receives a premium, high-tech experience.
